Free social media lower thirds in Premiere Pro

To open a project in Premiere Pro:

1. Launch Adobe Premiere Pro.

2. Go to "File" in the top menu.

3. Select "Open Project."

4. Browse your computer to find the project file (.prproj) you want to open.

5. Click on the project file and then click "Open."

Your project will load, and you can start editing within Premiere Pro.
